INGREDIENTS
3 3/8cBread flour
3tbWhole Wheat flour
3tbSoy flour
3tbTriticale flour *
1 1/2tsMillet flour
1 1/2tbDry milk
1 1/2tsSalt
1 1/2tbButter or oil
1 1/2tsCornmeal
1 1/2tbCracked wheat cereal
3tbBran flakes
1 1/2tsFlax seeds
1 1/2tbHoney
1 1/2cWater (12 fl oz)
1 1/2tsDry yeast
DIRECTIONS:

Place all ingredients into pan except water, honey and dry yeast. Add water and honey on top of dry ingredients. Close lid, place yeast in dispenser and set for Regular Bake (4 hour mode) (*) If tricale flour is unavailable, use: 1-1/2 T of all purpose flour and 1-2/2 t of rye flour Recipe created for Panasonic 65.
